Hi friends! I'm Jessie, owner of Bar Fiore, Rochester's original flower trailer. I grew up in Buffalo, NY as the youngest of five siblings. While pursuing my career as a registered nurse, I discovered a growing love for flowers & design. It flourished into the dream of bringing a mobile flower bar to Rochester, NY! In 2022, I married the love of my life and moved to the Catskills— so now Bar Fiore is serving an entirely new part of New York State!

Our darling 1997 two-horse trailer came from a family in Naples, NY. Over the course of a year, I renovated it (with the help of family and other local businesses) into a beautiful mobile flower shop on wheels! Why Bar Fiore? Well "fiore" means "flower" in Italian, and my Italian grandmother who lived most of her life in Rochester is an inspiration for me as a female entrepreneur.

 

 I am certified in floral design through the New York Institute of Art & Design, so I am always thrilled to help you personalize a bouquet. Bar Fiore offers a lush, whimsical, wildflower style of floral design and focuses heavily on sourcing seasonal or locally grown blooms. My aim is to provide both highest quality and a unique selection, while also emphasizing sustainable floristry. Let’s spread joy together, one bouquet at a time.
